I made this to show that the style was able to be animated. Some of the sounds are slightly out of sync but I think it still works.

Ching Shih in Space - animatic

I made an animatic from the storyboard of the Ching Shih story. I drew all the frames separately on  Photoshop before putting them together. I also redrew the cosmic dragon which I think looks a lot better this way.

This is a concept of Wendy, the office worker who helps Rosie. Mostly in Mary Blair's style minus the texture and the hair.
